As a trauma-informed story work coach, I create a safe and compassionate space for client's to explore how the narratives they carry from the past shape their current beliefs and behaviors. Drawing from my prior experience fighting human trafficking, I have a profound understanding of the Holy Spirit's power to take our broken stories and transform them into journey's of healing and hope.

By helping client's identify the ways they have gotten lost and come back home to their true self, they are empowered to realign their lives with their deepest values and beliefs. This transformational journey is profoundly healing and liberating as client's discover the treasure that is already within them. They are finally able to embrace themselves with a level of deep self-compassion and self-awareness that enables them to experience greater presence and peace in every area of life.
